Subscribing to Knowledge Base Articles & Categories

Users with access to a Client Portal's knowledge base can subscribe to updates for the categories and articles they are permitted to view.

Updates that Trigger Notifications

Here are the types of updates that trigger notifications to go out:

  • Article Notifications:
    • When the article is published
    • When a revision is published
    • When the published revision is changed
  • Category Notifications
    • When new articles are published in the category
    • When an article revision is published in the category
    • When a published article revision in the category is changed

How to Subscribe and Unsubscribe

To subscribe to an article or category:

  1. In the Knowledge Base, navigate to the article/category you want to subscribe to
  2. Click the Subscribe button

To unsubscribe from an article or category:

  1. In the Knowledge Base, navigate to the article/category you want to subscribe to
  2. Click the Unsubscribe button
